Made an appointment to get health certificates done on my cows so I could move them to GA. When the vet came out he was very rude and when I asked him to please not be that way he yelled and said we needed to do more research before coming to him because we should have known what they needed for the health certificate. We called their office weeks ago and we were told they can do the cert and we could haul them the next day. Turns out they didn’t tell us the bull needed a swab and WE had to take it to kissamee to get tested and our bull needed to be vaulter trained for the vet to see him.
