I have had several services now for five years with Truly Nolen Lakeland, FL. The local manager is excellent with customer service and the quality of the Lakeland employees is outstanding. James Brownlee and Brandon Reynolds exemplify the highest quality of customer relations and in their work. Initially with the purchase of my home I had the insulation blown in and what an amazing impact on my electric expenses AND pest control. I have pest control at both my son's home and my large home. I have the termite protection as well. Brandon has resolved many pest issues in my lake house which was roach infested when I bought it, and had issues with spiders and ants. ...read full review

James Brownlee came promptly to inspect our mobile home for termites. He was through and scheduled a tech to come ASAP to treat a problem area noted. He always is pleasant and professional.
