I must begin the review with background information in order to understand why some companies refused outright to reseal the floor of our screened-in lanai but not Performance Floors and Coatings of Tampa.
Because the sealant had not been previously applied according to instructions, the entire surface became a very thick, sticky surface. Neither xylol nor acetone could remove it.
