Sean’s knowledge of the market dynamics helped us to navigate several difficult situations with the result being a successful sale beyond our initial expectations. I had a f ew listing i sent to Sean who arranged showings for me. While at the first one I mentioned to him how one I was really interest had been snatched up. He was able to look it up while while we were viewing the first listing and discovered it was placed back on the market an hour or so ago and arranged for us to immediately be able to view it. Made an offer and Sean worked his magic and next thing I knew I was a home owner again. Sean coordinated all the inspections and even managed to get the lifetime warranties for the windows transferred. From The Atlantic to the Gulf of Mexico Sean Trinkle Realty should be your first call when it comes to purchasing property.

Mr Trinkle was THE most helpful realestate professional TO DATE. This man knows more than any real estate seller that the wife and I had talked to yet. Very informative, very up to date on just about anything realestate. You will not go wrong talking to Sean.
