We called Lakeland Air yesterday as the air stopped working overnight....Tony came out in a few hours....the team of Pedro and Bayron came out today and replaced it all! Got us up and running....Tony did a quick fix to give us air for the night.....They were very respectful...kept us up to date throughout the process....cleaned up everything! A big deal for me....I have already given their names to a neighbor who needs a new unit and will continue to refer them.
Professional, polite and on time. He completed the routine maintence and identified a problem. The necessary part is being ordered and excellent communication for completing the repair.
I have used Lakeland AC since 2020 and recommend them for any AC service.
My air quit today working today around 12:30, I called the Lakeland air conditioning company and they were able to have a tech come out between three and five today and that’s exactly what Rick did. Rick had it back up in running in no time. I do need a part which Rick stated would put in the request and I would hear from them with the quote. The service was reasonably priced!! Great experience so far!
