The Lakeland Eye Clinic is EXCEPTIONAL. The staff is exceptional from the office staff to the doctors. If you have serious eye problems call The Lakeland Eye Clinic. I was lucky enough to work with Dr. Dorsett who is knowledgeable, caring, and takes time to answer questions.

I entered lakeland eye clinic as a new patient. The waiting room looked to be busy, so I prepared myself for a long wait. However, I was not even finished filling out my paperwork and they called back my son and I. I cannot remember exactly the name of the lady that took us in and got us all ready to see Dr Gill, I believe her name was Janelle. She blew my mind with how patient and kind she was with my 5 year old son, who was having his first eye exam. She answered all of his questions, she joked around with him, and administered eye drops to his eyes perfectly and consoled him after, since it was scary for him. She never seemed in a hurry to leave to the next room at all. She was absolutely wonderful. Once Dr. Gill arrived in the room, she was also showing awesome hospitality as she examined my son. She really took the time to be personable and did not ever treat us like she needed to hurry to clear the room. I recommend this office to anyone seeking an eye doctor whom makes you feel as though they care about you as a person.

Brought two of my children in for their annual eye exams. I liked that they had their forms available online, I was able to have them printed and filled out upon my arrival. There was one additional form that needed to be filled out in office, which was simple and made checking in a breeze. We were taken to the back right at our appointment time, left the building an hour later. They did not have a huge selection of children's frames so we chose to purchase from a different store, but there was no pressure to purchase from them at all. They were more than happy to give us a copy of the perception.
