Springer Bros. put in a whole new Trane heat pump HVAC system in my home today. Derek came out and helped us pick out the best system for our house. He is so nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Derek answered all of our questions and concerns and explained everything very well. Hunter, Cason, Alfredo and Tyler were the installers, and they are top notch. They are professional, courteous and very respectful of my home and of the equipment that they installed. We had several questions and Hunter answered all of them and gave us a lot of information about the system and thermostat. Had maintenance done on 6/24/24. Tech did not clean out the slimy water pump and tried to sell me a TXV valve at $1295 but suggested a full system replacement since they priced it so high. Had another company come check it out and my unit only needed Freon!!!!! They also priced the same part at $499 installed. First and LAST time using this company. ***UPDATE- The owners came out to my house and did their own testing. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I understood the discrepancy. Great people and I appreciate the time they took to make sure they had a satisfied customer!!! Will definitely recommend*****
