I moved to this cleaners due to the convenience of where it was between work and home. This week I brought in 2 suits, one having a heafty amount of blood on it. I picked the suit up the very next day and there was no difference in the piece. I commented to the employee behind the counter and got a very vague answer back, didn't care, didn't want to deal with it. I will add, I understand there is a sign that states they can't guarantee getting stains out. The following is why I am complaining. Took two weeks to have comfort washed, not dry cleaned. It was returned with spots, that were obviously not treated and still had dog hair on it. It cost $45. I mentioned the spots and hair and the lady could have cared less, never said sorry or offered a solution. Very dissatisfied!!!Service: Comforter cleaning

My girlfriend got her dress cleaned when we took it in there was no stains but when we got it back, there was a coffee stain across the right lapel. We took it back to them. They held it for a week and then called and said they could not get it cleaned to come and get it. Then when I went in, I said we would like to have reimbursement on the card because they ruined the dress. I was informed that I would not be getting a refund, that I was not allowed back in the store, and neither was she. I also picked up my sport coat, that was there.
