This rating is for when they where Santa Fe and not the "new" place they are now. My late parents where using them when they where on Main street many years ago and moved over to 92. In which I then started using their services. Dr. Presnell has been a great vet and also a friend over the decades. I learned a lot about animal care from him as well. He is retiring this year and I wish him well and good luck. It is now Saddle Creek animal hospital. I hope you people and new management/ownership realize you have big shoes to fill!

I have a sweet, wonderful calico cat who snuggles and loves and purrs...that's when she's at home. Going to the vet shes a different cat; a crazy wild monster who will tear your hand off for a vaccination shot. When she's sick, it's even worse. I love this veterinary clinic (the name changed recently from Santa Fe). Although a little pricey, the staff are gentle and caring (even for my unexplainable little "Jeckle n Hyde" cat). The doctors can diagnose the problem quickly and accurately.

01/25/2024 UPDATE: I want to add to my previous review the experience I have had at Santa Fe Animal Hospital in the past 5 yrs. When Dr Bowes left shortly after my original review Dr Presnell took over the care of my dogs. He is by far the most caring and compassionate Vet I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. His knowledge is incredible and he stays up to date on all the latest methods and practices. He takes his time to listen and respond and inform me about the care of my dogs. I have two now senior dogs that both need special care and he is always gone out of his way to educate me on the best way to care for the two of them. I also adopted another little...read full review
