I walked into Ronnie’s looking for some more flooring in order to redo my office. I was pleasantly greeted right away. Travis helped me choose the flooring that would ultimately bring my office renovation together. The installers were incredible too. They knocked out the room with ease.

We relocated from Lakeland to Bartow, FL and we needed flooring replaced throughout the home. We were familiar with Ronnie's carpets since we have used them in the past, and decided, despite the long drive, to visit them. We found just what we were looking for in their showroom (engineered hardwood & tile) and arranged for installation. They did a great job, but what really impressed me was the level of customer service we received. Shortly after the job was completed Ronnie called me to ask if we were satisfied with the job and if there is anything they could have done better. Great experience from beginning to end. We replaced all our flooring except for 3 bedrooms. Ask for Johnny Vandervlis as your salesman. He was informative, very helpful and always available to answer any questions. Mario was the tile installer and Joe did the hardwood. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient and paid attention to detail every step of the process including cleanup.Thank you, Ronnie for having such a great group employees. They treated our home like it was theirs.We will definitely be going back to Ronnies, when we replace the carpet in the rest of our home.
