I tried 2 of the other Regal Nails which I always get a friendly and very quality pedicure, but at this location it's very different situation. John greet me and my 85 years old mother, we both went for a pedicure. We sat down and as soon John only assistant that day saw my feet she started talking their language between each other on very despite way that make me believe something went wron. She showed me a menu and told me that I should choose the 'spa pedicur' for 45 dollars because my toe nail were too long. I insisted on the 30 dollars pedicures which the lady wasn't happy and talking to John on their language started my pedicure with a bitter attitude. She did my pedicure in les than 8 minutes, was the worst pedicure I ever had. Meanwhile my mother had her own piece of mediocre custumer service by the hands of John. He refused to finish the pedicure of my mother because she had a fungus under her big toe nail. This is not a good place to have a pedicure, go some place else where people really care for give you a good service for your money.

Paid for my mom and I for her birthday. Got it done on the Evening of May 22. I paid for Gel with Acrylic and it is May 30th and 2 of my nails popped off. I don’t do any physical work that would cause it to pop off. It’s insane. The person that did my nail goes by John. Avoid this place like the plague.
