The technician Victor is great. He is on time, kind and professional. He explains the details of what is needed to maintain my air conditioning unit efficiently. He also came out then to perform an emergency visit a couple of months ago because my unit stopped working. He was quick and able to figure out the problem within minutes and explained what was needed to get my air conditioning up and running again. I like One Hour AC because their prices are reasonable and they offer a monthly service plan that gives me discounts on any repairs necessary.
Victor came by and did our unit check up as part of our maintenance plan. He is so naturally good at his job. Very thorough in looking at every aspect of our unit and then going over all of the form with me. Bonus points that he worded it where i can understand the maintenance because it gets confusing learning about something i have no knowledge in. Everyone book and ask for Victor!!!! I feel very secure with one hour heating and ac, and i plan to keep my maintenance plan with them for as long as we are here! Thanks again Victor and one hour heating and ac!!❤️
