I had an emergency with a broken pipe under the house. I called another plumber that I had seen advertising for. They gave a a quote for +$4000.more and couldn’t get to it for over a week. Meanwhile we don’t have any water so would have had to go to a motel. They also said that they couldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t damage tile and flooring.Ondeck Plumbing was suggested by an interior designer friend we have, and it is the best recommendation we have ever had. I needed to have my house replumbed. The original replumb was over 20 years old and brittle. I had a water break repaired and was concerned I would have additional problems. Ondeck was one of 3 estimates. Josh was very thorough in explaining their process. They were the plumbing company of choice. Their pricing was the best, used excellent products and the holes they had to make in the drywall was minimal. They have earned a new customer for any future plumbing needs I may have.
