I treated myself to the works! This was my first time ever going to a headspa but I had seen it on tiktok and was do interested in trying. All I expected was to feel relaxed and enjoy the experience but wow my expectations surpassed! My natural hair has never looked so amazing! I was truly blown away and in awe after my services. I added on the hair loss treatment and a blowout and I highly recommend! Shelley is so kind and so knowledgeable, she really takes her time with you to make sure you know the why behind the process and products. This was such a treat and I'll definitely be back!
From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a comforting, quiet and clean atmosphere. You're given a small consultation before going into the massage room where Shelley scans your scalp with a small camera to see how your scalp health is and discuss any issues you may be having. I was pleasantly surprised to see a little sign with my name on it when I entered the massage room. Shelley is very kind and informative before getting into the treatment. This was such an informative and relaxing experience! Shelley took her time and we talked about all my concerns and she answered all of my questions. I loved her industry experience as a hairstylist so she knew about the more current and trending hair care products I was using and that were out on the market. Her personal touches made the place feel so cozy and the process extremely fun, my hair feels soooo much better, definitely booking another session.!
