Had a wonderful experience here! First, the studio is warm, inviting, and very comfortable. Jessica was very patient and understanding when listening to my needs. My eyebrows are not easy to work with and only 2 people in my entire life have been able to get them right. They are just too far from me and I am so glad to have found Jessica in Lakeland. It is clear that she is trained, educated, and experienced and is a true "artist" as she didn't just remove hair, she "shaped" my eyebrows. As a professional aesthetician, she also educated me on my skin and helped me identify and remove a bump that wasn't going away on its own. Most importantly, I went to show my husband her work and he said I looked beautiful and that it was done even better than the other 2 ever did! Can't ask for more!
