James is very thorough, walks customers through and answers any questions, respectful and takes pride in the service he provides. The tech/repairman James was polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He was able to give advice without being condescending. Lilley is a better company because of him. They came out very quickly assessed the situation and installed the new unit the next day with all new ducting, and wiring very pleasant to work with. They do quality work and took care of an 88 year-old mother.
Lilley A/C installed my air conditioner in my new home in 2020. I needed my Make, Model, and Serial numbers of the unit, so I could be reimbursed for a service call. I received a telephone call from Lilley this afternoon. Chelsea immediately found and provided me the information needed. She is very professional. As a former trainer of Customer Service, I feel Chelsea's customer service is second to none.
I just had to make a post because now a days you don’t see such good customer service. And with all the negative we have going on in the world I figured I’d give something positive. We have been having trouble with our AC ever since Milton and we contact Lilleys AC. They have treated us so good through this process of getting it fixed I couldn’t not post something! They aren’t double charging me or nickel and diming me. They’re legit the best! If you need your AC worked on I definitely recommend them!
I recommend them be rated as a 5 out of 5....Best in the Business....Love that this is a family owned and operated business and they have such professional caring and knowledgeable staff....thank you guys for all that you have done for me....big big hugs...would recommend them to anyone who needs a/c or electrical help...love you guys..
