I had two estimates for my roof replacement, and Smith was slightly higher. After working with Caleb and Camryn, and after seeing the quality and efficiency of the roofing team, I don't regret paying a bit more. The job was done quickly, and Caleb was available to consult at all times. The house looks great. Thank you, R.L. Smith!

Great experience from start to finish with KL Smith. From the time they showed up, roof was torn off and replaced in 8 hours and they took an hour lunch. Property was just as clean when they finished roof. If your roofing contractor ask for down payment or large payment before they will start FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR , KL Smith did not ask for any up front money. Also if other contractors are significantly cheaper that other estimates, question why are they cheaper.
