Great experience! The cleaner was kind and professional, and he really took his time on my couch…I feel like I got my moneys worth for sure. I will definitely be using JL Cleaning Solutions in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to have anything professionally cleaned!
JL Cleaning Solutions cleaned our living room carpet. They communicate well with the customer and showed up on time. The carpet was dry after 15 hours with AC turned down and ceiling fan left on high to circulate the air. Digital payment was super easy.
Minus 1 star because the technician did not wear shoe covers over street shoes. Walking from the damp carpet, black boot prints were left on the tile floor and difficult to clean. This also means dirt from shoes was left behind on the clean carpet. In addition, the cleaning solution dripped from the hose onto the tile floor as the technician pulled the hose back to the truck. Excellent work very fast cleaned 2 rooms and a hallway a one man cleaning tornado. Also cleaned a couch and removed very soiled stains made a significant difference in appearance of our home. We appreciate this cleaning service.
