Jeff helped sort out my taxes that were a complete mess from a different accounting firm. His rates are not the least expensive but the old adage you get what you pay for applies. Would work with him again without hesitation.

so Mr. Shiver filed my taxes wrong. Which I understand that mistakes happen. However when I got the letter in the mail, I immediately sent it in an email to his office, and called them. I talked to the women at the front desk (Dunnellon location) she said she would get the information to him, and that it would be simple because they could fax the info over. Two weeks have gone by, and I havnt heard anything. So I tried calling. For an entire day I could not get ahold of them. I called at least 6 different times that day.
