Walk in and waited at the reception, while one of the hair stylist was finishing with a client. She saw me and then told the client she will walk out with her. She went to grab her things and saw me a second time before leaving with the customer. Didn’t speak to me, did not even let anybody’s else know I was there. Did not ask what I needed. The other 2 stylist were busy. I just wanted to know if they took walk-in and how long was the wait, to see if I could wait longer. Wanted to say something but didn’t feel like she cared. White lady with glasses, short white/blonde bob hair cut. I waited a little longer but then decided to leave.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair fixed up by Ray (no longer works there sadly), he was personable and professional. Lots of compliment on my hair. It will be difficult to replace him.

The lady who did my hair was very new and she did a horrible job. I wanted a chocolate color with red highlights. My hair turned black. I went back the next day saying my color is too dark they clarify the color and my hair turned orange. She sprayed water in my face. The other ladies are not professional at all. They talk about their love life very loud. I will never go back again.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
