Started going here because of a gift card. I love the atmosphere and professionalism. My therapist is the absolute best. Eli, makes it comfortable for you, not too much pressure unless you asked. He asked about your health and where would you like him to focus on.
The atmosphere is quite nice and the staff were professional. My massage therapist was good, but my mom's was mediocre. She had to keep asking for more pressure - this was after I asked the front desk to give my mom the therapist with a firmer massage, and I'll take the other.
My biggest complaint is that it's quite chilly in the rooms, which detracts from the relaxing component.
Note, if you're not a member, it is quite pricey for a massage or facial.
Overall a decent experience, but I've had better.
Carol did a great job with massages. The staff was friendly and nice. I am rating this only 3 stars and want to make people aware of their cancellation policy. I called on 3/7 to cancel my membership due to financial issues. My membership did not renew until 3/20. I was told I would still be charged on 3/20 then it would cancel after that. It’s like holding someone hostage, it’s wrong. I gave them plenty of a notice. They state I can still use it for 60 days after that I lose it.I really don’t understand my cancelling if they continue to bill me….
