Terrible customer service. Bought a TV weeks ago, scheduled delivery for 12/16. A new delivery date opened for 12/08. They canceled 2 hours into the delivery window.. Now the TV is lost? They can't refund us, they can't reschedule the delivery. We are still waiting to find out what they are doing. It's 12/13. Again, it was already ordered a month ago. No one has any answers for us. Will likely not purchase through them again.

I can't even give a review for Best Buy. This is the absolute worst service I have had and WILL NEVER purchase anything from them again. Purchased a dishwasher and was charged a delivery fee and paid for an install kit. Then the company who delivered said that my old dishwasher was hardwired and they are not made that way any longer. You would have thought the store personnel would have know that! Now I have to pay an additional $220 to have my dishwasher installed when I have already paid it once. Best Buy doesn't care about my concerns! So for a $450 dishwasher it is costing my almost $1,000! Again I will never purchase another thing from Best Buy! They are... read full review

Buyer beware. Oct 8 2023 I purchased an iPad and Logitech keyboard/cover. It was a bundle special. I applied and received a BB credit card to cover the purchase. This was done online. I also purchased the BB Total Protection plan, paid in full, on a different credit card on the same day. I recently had trouble with the Logitech product. To my surprise the my product purchases on October 8 are not covered by the Total protection plan.....why?? Because I purchased the plan on a separate invoice , by BB own admission, mere seconds after the iPad purchase, it can't by covered if purchased before the plan.
