On my first visit, I Dealt with Debbie, at Lakeland office on highway 98 North in Lakeland FL, and she was absolutely amazing! She handled all of my insurance issues and answered all of my questions and explained everything in great detail. She is a great asset to Coast dental!! I went for my second visit today, and dealt with Candice at the front desk and she is amazing as well! She is very pleasant and a pleasure to do business with!!.....The hygienist that did my deep cleaning today was Fernanda, and she did an awesome job! I had a wonderful first visit here! The staff are so friendly and genuinely care about your well being. Dr. Collin’s is very thorough with his exams and is very straight forward with his patients regarding their care. He addressed any concerns and answered all questions I had during my visit. Ms. Jennifer is so sweet, she made me very comfortable during X-rays and was very transparent with me about pricing for all services. I will definitely be back to continue my dental care with this clinic :)
I'm new at going here and hated to leave my Dentist place but my insurance doesn't work there.....so....everyone at Coast Dental have been super nice to the ladies that check u in to the ladies that work with the dentist....
They made me feel right at home and that they will take good care of me and so far they have ....been there a few times already....thank you for making me feel welcomed to your office ...
