Absolutely the best martial arts place! All the instructors are so patient and kind when it comes to the all the kids learning abilities. They encourage kids to give the best version of themselves at every practice and help build confidence. Definitely recommend this location!!!! We love coming here.

I recommend this place to anyone that wants to learn martial arts. I have been taking classes 10 years and I've loved every minute of it. Not only have I learned Taekwondo, but I have also learned discipline, respect, confidence, integrity, and so much more. This place is truly the best.

They provide an incredible environment and experience for students to develop confidence, learn martial arts techniques in an environment that teaches them to respect others, help others and have courage. The self discipline that is taught is inspiring and rewarding for all. It is an amazing culture they have created and one of a kind in Lakeland!
