Antwon has come out to fix our dishwasher over the past few years and always does a great job explaining the issue & showing me how to keep it running well. Would definitely recommend!

A mixed bag with our service experience. They gave us a quick appointment, the tech was on time and was pleasant. However, as the problem with the dryer heat was intermittent, he took a best guess at the problem and cleaned the moisture sensor and said if that didn't work, the drier should work in a mode that took the drier sensor out of the circuit. That proved not to be the case, it still didn't work intermittently in any mode. I emailed the service department and called as well, asking them to follow up with advice about the next step. Three days later, no follow up at all. Not very impressed with the lack of follow up on their service call.

The repair man was excellentVery good job this is the second time I’ve used cannons as I was pleased with them when they repaired my stove this time it was my washing machine I would definitely recommend them ?
