The best urgent care experience I’ve had. The doctor was superb and understanding, and even the med tech was very competent. I highly recommend these individuals and hope they are at any future urgent care visit I hope not to have.

I'm a 75 year old male living in Lakeland. I injured my knee while running and went to BayCare Urgent Care because of swelling and severe pain. I was promptly given a series of X-rays which were immediately reviewed, and a competent and upbeat doctor came in to interpret them for me. I regret that I cannot remember his name.He explained the findings clearly, along with both a current diagnosis and prognosis and a long term diagnosis and prognosis.
