Makenzie took the time to explain the different types of beds I could use with my package and suggested some lotions to use. She is very sweet and has a very nice personality. I was even impressed when I received a phone call from her asking me how my experience was. That is some customer service!!

I was looking to start a tanning membership and was very pleased with the receptionist’s help on explaining the different plans and assisting me with picking the best one for my needs. She also was helpful in explaining the different available lotions. Baja Heat is very clean and a relaxing environment. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!Service: Tanning
