If you value your investment into a pool I would highly recommend staying away from this company. Emily starts out great, on top of emails, designs, tells you 6-9 months starting and then… nothing. I wasn’t going to write a review, I was going to let it go. However, as I sit and look at my $80k+ pool that’s been done maybe two months and has sand missing between pavers and uneven I decided to take the time to warn others. It took 23 months from signing to “finished.” I had to push sand between my pavers my self, my husband had to cut the drain on the exterior, and we have a paver that isn’t even installed correctly. American Pool Builders Inc. in Lakeland, Florida is absolutely wonderful. The customer service is phenomenal. We received a quote within a reasonable time frame that was less than other companies quoted. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed. American Pool Builders, Inc. are professional, hardworking & they do a great job! The whole construction experience was incredibly pleasant and the staff was top notch. They came on time, were respectful, and worked very hard - I will definitely use this company again.Services: General construction
