UPDATE: a judgement was placed against this company for the down payment they are trying to keep. They have yet to return an email or a phone call in over 2 weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE HORRIBLE BUSINESS SENSE. *This company is very dishonest and I would not recommend them. We were given an approximate start date at time of signing. No communication about the 3 months of delays for the start of our project and when questioned you hear"well sir is construction and our contract doesn't give time frames." So what they tell you verbally is just what you want to hear then they go to their contract. I received a letter in the mail about a month before they were going to start saying they need to add inflation charge of 12.5%. When I didn't agree to this and asked for my deposit back they then told me that it's not refundable and stopped communicating. Their beloved contract doesn't give them the legal right to increase the price and now I have to fight them legally as they have stopped communicating. Stay far away from this company, they will tell you what you want to hear then work however it benefits them regardless of what they told you. And they DO NOT FEEL THE NEED TO COMMUNICATE!
