AIA has proven to have a professional team across the board. I appreciate their willingness to answer questions and they clearly bring years of experience. Also, it’s nice to feel taken care of by folks who stay up to date with the needs of a community. Each person I have dealt with shows a depth of knowledge and expertise in the property management business.
AIA provides us with invaluable guidance. Prop Management is a tough job, and their professionalism is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise sour field. All correspondences (good and bad), requests, and questions are promptly handled.
AIA Property Management has been a pleasure to work with over the years, their attentiveness and response time is impeccable. We correspond with Ravi at AIA and he has been top notch all the way through. This is the only property management company I would highly recommend for any size property.Thanks guys!
