I went in for a haircut at Abbey Caroline and the people, the products, and the services were all wonderful! They really know how to make an exceptional salon experience. They have whatever you want to drink when you get there and they’ve got a great selection of products to shop if you have to wait. The salon itself is beautiful and the hot towels, jewelry cleaning and head massage makes it stand out among all the places I’ve been. 10/10 recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon. From the moment I walked in they all treated me like a celebrity. From the champagne greeting, to the amazing head and neck massage while getting my hair washed, to the recliner and barefoot dreams blanket they drape over you, to the cut itself, it was literally a 5 star experience. Thank you to Joel and Zoe for making me feel like a queen for the day! I will be back again!

This is the place to go if you want to feel like you stepped into a Beverly Hills salon boutique. I have received far less personal care and experience at big city, high dollar salons. It’s the small personal touches for me; like a warm neck towel when my hair was being washed or the gentle, honest guidance of any one of the professionals on the team. Everything around you is beautiful, even the ceiling when you look up. But most importantly, it’s how you feel when you walk out; like a million bucks, wether you had your hair luxuriously cared for or walked out with a new pair of shoes.
