I always schedule them for my donations and I’ve been donating through them for many years. They do not pick up large furniture, but I’ve never had any problems with donation pick up. They have always come on the expected day. It is easy to schedule online. They have a contract with world thrift since they do not have their own locations and proceeds from world thrift goes to the veterans. I highly recommend.

Great, convenient service. I've never had issues with items being picked up. The website will list acceptable items. Since the pandemic it appears they do not have the staff to help with larger items. Either way, I'm happy to help our veterans! Thank you VVA for making this so easy.

. I just came in to their location and it is a store. People think they are donating, but then items are being sold and, as office said, the money go to charity, for V Veterans. What is the percentage of those sales? I was specifically looking for places who donates, not sells, and their CEOs, like Goodwill, making tons of money to himself. So guys, thanks for working for a charity organization, but this is not the best place if you want somebody to enjoy your stuff for free
