Daniel and his team at Project and Property blew our expectations out of the water! They completed a gut renovation of our apartment. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation through the final reveal. They listened carefully to our needs and preferences and provided expert guidance throughout the process. Our project manager kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions or concerns. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished space are truly impressive. We are grateful to Project & Property for bringing our vision to life!

I am currently working with Daniel and Rachael Tanner / Project & Property on a contemporary 4-unit apartment building in Lake Worth Beach. I’ve been impressed by the enthusiasm and the competence of all of the staff throughout their company.

Daniel is very responsive to questions and comments. The building required a Minor Site Plan Review and Daniel made himself available for meetings and discussions whenever necessary thereby helping to speed up an already time-consuming process.
