They have responded well when we had issues with system using excess salt, coming to our home several times. As it turns out the salt consumption had nothing to do with their system but there seems to be a pipe leak somewhere underground causing the system to keep water running even when we aren't using it. ???? “WOW, AWESOME, AMAZING, FANTASTIC!I had 2 plumbers out here and they both told me they had to rip out my tub and tiling and had to replace both. Both plumbers couldn't even start for another 2-4 weeks! I spoke with the owner Ed (very friendly) and not only did he diagnose me on the telephone in about 2 minutes, he had Alex (wonderful!) come out the very next day at the time he said they would be coming.
