I don't know if this doctor is running a scam or not. His office staff is very unprofessional and seemingly uneducated. After seeing newspaper advertisements, I tried to contact the office to get further information. Taking many calls merely to get through, I couldn't get anyone who could construct a simple, grammatical sentence in English. I asked to speak to anyone who could offer details about the practice and the advertisement. They seemed offended that someone would even ask question and hung up multiple times. I normally wouldn't bother to call back but they were so obnoxious, I was curious. Asking in a polite, quiet, and calm voice if I could speak to a manager, my call was disconnected. How can anyone run any business with this type of low intelligent, rude staff? To me, this would be the pinnacle of how not to run a business.
