Some of these reviews kill me. They offer multiple services, up to and including tenting. I have used them on two different properties I have owned, and they are always cordial and try to go the least invasive treatment method. They took care of a rat infestation in my 'new to me' house very efficiently. It isn't pretty, but effective. Now, I am working with them on termites. Spot treatments only work if they haven't migrated elsewhere in the house. We attempted to nail the nests we knew about first, however now we can determine they have migrated, and we are moving to tenting. I had a fantastic experience with hero pest control already showed great customer care. The technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem. They explained everything clearly and gave honest advice without trying to upsell anything. It’s rare to find a company that provides such genuine, helpful service.
