Some of these reviews kill me. They offer multiple services, up to and including tenting. I have used them on two different properties I have owned, and they are always cordial and try to go the least invasive treatment method. They took care of a rat infestation in my 'new to me' house very efficiently. It isn't pretty, but effective. Now, I am working with them on termites. Spot treatments only work if they haven't migrated elsewhere in the house. We attempted to nail the nests we knew about first, however now we can determine they have migrated, and we are moving to tenting. Hero Pest Solutions has been taking care of a severe termite issue (Eddie, their fabulous technician called it,"an Apocalyptic swarming) in my 81 year old mother's apartment for years, now. It's been a battle with the building association and has required lots of back and forth communication on Hero and Eddie's behalf to which both have done. Personally, I wouldn't trust any other pest control company after using Hero, especially when it comes to handling a situation that involves my family. When you do call ask for Eddie. You won't be disappointed!!!

I have been with Hero pest control for several years now. They are amazing. They are always on time and do an amazing job. They are super professional and never give you the run around. I have had other main stream company and they were horrible. Hero pest control is #1 in my book. Highly recommended
