This place is a danger to the community and the ultimate fraud. Not only do they prescribe medication without a proper physician consultation or bloodwork, but they also attempt to overcharge thousands of dollars in a clear violation of the contract terms. If you hear about this place, RUN, don’t walk.

Previously my wife and I were with Biostation My wife left Biostation as a patient before me. She was tired of being forced to contact them for her MED Deliveries and the Dr changed therapies from visit to visit.For me it became drudgery to get meds or supplies. The last order I gave to the Biostation patient advocate was only partially filled. That was the last straw.Fortunately Elite has everything to me in 2 days.Night and day difference.Prices are insanely better and one is not Constantly bombarded with you need this IV or this Peptide or this supplement.....at highly inflated prices to pay for their Marketing cost.Service far superior to Biostation.Personal service and you are not made to feel that you are lucky to be talking to a Dr at Biostation.Blood tests are returned in 2 days instead of 6 at Biostation.Shane is excellent as a patient advocate.Every aspect of the practice that were promised were absolutely as stated they would be.

User beware! My first experience at this facility was very misleading and uncomfortable. My husband and I came in with a Groupon for botox. One would expect that the service rendered would be the service specified. Veronica was very nice and we were all talking up a storm... we paid our bill and left. Much to our surprise, we were called hours later and informed that we serverly 'underpaid' and that she doesn't charge per unit, it's billed per 'area'. She asked us to pay more, at which time we felt very uncomfortable, as it was NEVER discussed with us. We had already paid, & left the facility. Fast fwd 2 years. My husband buys me a chemical peel (another groupon), unaware it's at the same clinic. I call to inquire and have to leave several voicemails before I am called back. I finally book an appointment 3 weeks out, at which time I gave my name. The peel requires no sweating for a week, so I took the whole week off work (I sweat at work). Day of appointment, I call to see if I can come later in the day, at which point the receptionist tells me I'm not on the schedule at all. I tell her I've taken the week off from work & that it's hugely inconvenient to have to reshedule. She calls back to squeeze me in end of day...at which point I reconfirm my name. Finally I show up at 4pm, after driving 30 minutes & planning my entire day...entire week around this procedure. When I walk in, Ms. Veronica proceeds to tell me that she is uncomfortable treating me after the price discrepancy 2 years prior. Never at any point did she call to say this! She said she had notes on her file and that we had taught her a huge lesson in doing business. Now as a practice, she always makes sure her customers understand how she bills. Admitting it was 'unclear' to begin with! Not professional. Not curteous. Not conscientious. And consistently so, by phone & in person.
