Under new ownership!!! Dr. Montero and his staff are amazing. They truly care about their patients and take the time to explain everything to you. I drive 30 minutes from Coral Springs and it's well worth it.

Dr. David and his team are unbelievable. Every staff member makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. They take a situation that may seem difficult to overcome and make it a smooth transition when it comes to achieving your rehab goals. Dr. Dave never rushes his time with you because he doesn't just treat you like another statistic, he really makes you feel like you're family. I highly recommend giving this place a chance!

My primary doctor send my there after taking X-rays and an MRI and he recommended physical therapy. On my first visit they scheduled the second visit in a week to wait for my MRI and X-rays. When I arrived at my second visit they already had a plan for two visits a week and a total of 18 visits at $75 a visit all that without even evaluating me and when I asked them if they received my MRI or X-rays from my doctor they said NO. That was when a realized that patient care is not their priority. How can you treat anyone without an evaluation, X-rays, review the MRI or even consult the doctor.
