Disappointing service. Problems with the servicing of my wine coolers, problems with their ordering of replacement parts and lack of professionalism and response when I asked them when they would get the replacement parts. basically, they were of no help and I had to call the supplier to find out what the status was.

the most unreliable company I ever dealt with. It is hard to get a hold of them, it is had to get an appointment I called them several times during 4 days because I needed an appointment and nothing. Also is hard to get through. I called the phone and sometimes it was busy or the phone woo not ring. Stay away from this guys
