Outstanding training quality! The coaches will train with you 1 on 1 even during group classes, and everyone is very happy to help you with questions or to clarify technique. Best Muay Thai classes I've ever had.
Not only has this place helped me with consistency and discipline to be a better fighter and have good self defense, but also Coach Jose has helped me and my friends also in fire arm safely and literally saved my friends life from an accident on the range.
These guys know what they are doing here and I would recommend anyone to show up and be a part of their community.
