Mike returned my call immediately. He totally educated me on roof conditions and what to look for. I'm a Canadian snowbird needing to replace my aging trailer and looked at a few units about 5 years old. For the money I will be spending, roof condition is my first concern, having seen a couple I was concerned about what is normal and what is a problem. Now I have the confidence to know good from bad. He also said I can contact my local accredited RV inspector, something anyone should do for the $$ I will spend. Mike spent 16 minutes talking to me., pure goodwill and straight up honesty!
Can’t say enough good things about the folks at this shop. Mike was the first person to call us back after the roof on our 2020 fifth wheel came loose on the interstate. We were a hour and a half away from their shop in Sebastian so Mike and I texted back and forth sending pictures of the damage. We scheduled a time that worked for both of us to drop it off INSIDE his building. We had a entire new roof in a week as promised. The camper was clean! He gives a twenty year warranty on his work. His rates where very reasonable compared to the cost of repairs we found in internet searches. We have a much better roof than the factory installed. Highly recommend this shop if you are experiencing roof issues!
Mike was able to do an awesome job on my Montana 5th wheel roof repair. He was wonderful with photos of the work being done and the progress of the new roof installation. I recommend his shop for a worry free repair!
