My first time needing a plumber since moving to Lake Placid over 4 years ago and I am happy to have had the card for CS Waterworks tucked away for just such an occasion. It was a small job, but it was handled neatly and efficiently with great communication. A pleasure to speak with Rea via phone and Burt the technician was a delight, personable, polite, and efficient. While I hope to not need a plumber again soon, I do know who I will call when I do!
Had a rude awakening the day before my vacation. I heard water running and found it stopped when I turned my water valve off. I had to hire a leak detection company to locate the leak, and the plumbers came sent out Burt, he was very knowledgeable and successful in fixing my leak under the house. He wasn't afraid to get dirty to get the job done. I am very, very satisfied and thankful for C&S . Thank you Craig and Ria for being prompt to my pipe leak.
Actually it was gases coming in to my bathroom. Even though my appointment was for the next day when I called the office I told them the smell is here again right now. And about 30 minutes later I got a call from one of their plumbers who said he would be their in 15 minutes. And he was ! It did not take him long after checking out all other possibilities that he figured out it was the toilet. He worked on that and resealed it. Very happy with the fast and efficient work that was done! Would definitely recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem!Service: Toilet installation
