I know I wasn't the biggest client they had, but I was treated with respect and responsiveness all the way through. They corrected any hiccups that arose (and they are bound to with a renovation of the size I engaged in) while working hard to make sure there were as few as possible. They respected the fact that I lived in the house while the work was going on and moved as quickly as possible to mitigate discomfort. I felt in good hands the entire process.
