Amazing customer service! Alex and his colleague were prompt, reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. We had called 2 septic companies prior to Poo Man, and they couldn't locate the tank. 10 minutes into the visit, these guys were already pumping the darn thing! Alex gave me his honest opinion about our tank and drain field, and the fee was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them.
Had my septic back up into the house. Poo-man sent a tech and pump truck out within one hour on the weekend. Technician let me know exactly what was going on and got my system taken care of. Would definitely recommend.
