“This was the best thing that I did to help my spinal stenosis. I have scoliosis in my back with spinal stenosis which caused a pinched nerve down my left leg . Walking around and standing was a horrible torture especially walking on hard floors. I started therapy with Walter five years ago. I did my exercises almost every day missing very little at all. Before I started I could only stand for a few minutes without pain and walk maybe fifty steps before the pinched nerve would cause me pain. Now I can finally after seven years of not being able to walk very far. I can now walk half a mile without any pain. I did try physical therapy before I met Walter but it gave me no relief and they quickly dismissed me after three weeks of therapy and referred me to a doctor for pain management through injections which I refused to get . I also saw a spinal doctor who wanted to give me epidural injections which I also refused. I was determined to get better through exercise. I had deep faith that I would get better. I tried chiropractic visits that made very little difference. And the pain returned .The exercises that Walter gave me has not only relieved my pain but has corrected my whole posture. I stand so erect and straight my whole physical body has been transformed into a new posture. Everyone notices the difference. I am very grateful to Walter for his guidance and coaching expertise The exercises really do work wonders but you have to be patient and keep doing the exercises everyday. I can’t stress that enough. If you want avoid pain injections and operations and can do the exercises everyday. The results are worth it a million times more. You just have to take time to do the exercises they really do transformative healing work on your whole body not just your problem areas. I would highly recommend this therapy to everyone who is suffering pain and inability of movement or walking. It works! You just have to be patient and keep doing it everyday!“
