AMAZING SERVICE!!! My AC shut down late Monday afternoon and by 6:30-7:00 it was fixed!
Jacob was so courteous and knew immediately what the problem was. He even changed my AC filters for me. This young man is truly a strong asset for CMI. In the past 4 years CMI has shown up promptly and has gotten the job done throughly and efficiently. CMI is my go to.

I was scheduled to have maintenance on my unit between 1-3pm on Monday, Shirley (pleasant and funny) called me first thing in morning to ask if I would like an earlier appt, I did! Bryan arrived on time, friendly and knowledgable about the work, answered all my questions as well. He explained what he was doing, how my unit was running and ways to make sure I am saving my AC. He showed me all that he did to make sure the handler was working properly as well. He took the time to explain the units available for the future, and what my options might be if needed. I forgot to ask him if CMI had a Maintenance program and if so could I please get some information on it. ... read full review
We signed up with CMI for their annual a/c maintenance contract and couldn’t be happier. From our first maintenance appointment, to having to get a new AC system installed, we’ve had nothing but good experiences. Customer Service and the technicians have been great.
