An individual vet is like anyone else, their skill level and bedside manner vary. First, I would never bring my cat anywhere else to have him neutered. They were done before I evem finished up at a grocery store run. Unlike other vets, I had an option to have him kept over night. I opted not to do that, but the option is important. The vet actually got on the phone with me to assess an urgent situation. Anything specialty, I might start with a general vet, but also know it could change to a needing a specialist. Lake Mary Vet has been my vet's office for over 20 years now. Dr. Dyer has always taken exceptional care of my fur-babies when needed. He answers ALL of my questions, and I always have a lot. Lol He never makes me feel rushed, even with a "full house" and I appreciate that. His manner is calm, never tries to "upsell" test and procedures that might not be necessary at that given time all the while being thorough with his exam. He explains everything in a way that makes it easy to understand whats going on with your fur-baby. Thank you Dr. Dyer and the rest of the staff at Lake Mary Vet.
Everything. Best vet office ever. I've been bringing all my pets here for 20 years. 12 years ago my 8 week old puppy was very lethargic and I went there and the clinical staff just took her and took over and the whole crew saved her life, she was hypoglycemic. Reasonable prices. Best staff.
