Worst. Place ever. Most nurses were rude, you have to beg for medical care, they only allow you to take showers twice a week and I saw poop on that floor once. The worst part is that the main boss doesn't even take action if you put a complaint. Please don't leave your dear elderly people here to be mistreated!

Crazy. Staff stand in Groups chatting. iPhone or no where to be found. I had to call the Police for pain after a knee replacement - They STOLE my Pain Med. - Oxycontin start pack after 2 days then poof. My PCP doctor was concerned by the extra order but of course no one would say "STAFF".

Worst care facility I've been to to date , totally by management they lie to you and contradict themselves and the head of the facility is just as bad C&a workers are over worked with duties and are not given enough time to care for you loved ones. Rehab starts to early for most and are expected to perforn physical therapy on an empty stomach or no me bust patients will participate after , rehab is a completely different animal as all you get from the staff there is I'm the professional I know what I'm doing well all of them need to be retained and to get new machines and products to help it's the most ill equipped rehab I've been to Food is dis and I was the over 2 months and despite constant request I never got the correct diet Night time staff I feel do the night shift because they either don't like working or don't like people or both they are some of the rudest ignorant people I've met and in my 23 years of being and analist these are bad and management knows this but chooses either not to address it or not retrain them This is a place I would currently never bring my fami too I hope it changes quickly
