Excellent massage from Barbara! She really helped me relax and showed me a taste of the cranial sacral techniques she specializes in. Loved every minute of it. Nicole did a great job with my facial as well. My skin looks and feels amazing. Alyssa at the reception desk was pleasant and kind from check in to check out! Great spa day and glad I treated myself!
